And while the Bardi gang is excited to meet her fourth child, Cardi shut down speculation surrounding his moniker. One fan joked that the baby could be named after Stefon’s NFL team, writing on X, “Can’t wait to see little Patriotavious,” to which Cardi responded, “ENOUGH!”
While Cardi was into the jokes, she quickly shut down further speculation after one fan wrote, “Touchdown’s name is Grayson,” to which she replied, “It’s not.”
In the meantime, Cardi and her baby boy are focused on supporting Stefon as he and the Patriots take on the Seattle Seahawks during Super Bowl LX on Feb. 8. When it comes to Cardi securing her WAG status, after confirming her relationship with Stefon in May, the NFL star has received all her support with open arms.
“As a significant other I really appreciate it,” Stefon told reporters during his Super Bowl press conference on Feb. 2. “It’s a level of appreciation because she’s an amazing woman. Being there for me is hard, you can imagine. I’m a lot to deal with but I never want to not let her know that I appreciate her for being there. Not just for the games but she supported me when she wasn’t there.”
“She was watching the games,” he added. “She was texting me before the games and after the games and checking on me making sure that I was alright.”
And though Stefon is focused on a Super Bowl ring, an engagement ring for the “Money” rapper isn’t out of the question.
“It’s on the agenda,” he teased to reporters. “Maybe, right? I gotta get mine first.”
