What her character actually says is not shared in the trailer, but everyone’s discomforted reactions prove that it may actually be something really bad.

As Emma’s friend yells across the table, “Are you serious? Emma, what the f--k!”

It’s clear that whatever Emma’s admission was has impacted her relationship with Charlie—with only a week to go before their wedding.

“You have to stop thinking about it,” Emma tells Charlie in another scene, to which Charlie responds, “How can I stop thinking about it? For f--k sake, I am thinking about it now.”

Later, even Emma’s friend reveals that their relationship is fractured, with her asking Charlie, “How can you even trust her?”

Another scene sees Charlie cut a line from his wedding vows that reads “You’re the kindest person I’ve ever met,” indicating his own feelings have changed, too.

Ultimately, though, Emma is seen in a wedding dress, albeit taking a swig from a handle of liquor. Meanwhile, Robert’s Charlie is seen sporting a tux covered in blood in another scene.

Despite their tension on-screen, Robert and Zendaya—who will also costar in The Odyssey and Dune: Messiah—had seamless chemistry on set.
