The equity round was led by Enrission India Capital. Other investors in the round included Mount Judi Ventures, Action Tesa Family Office, Bajaj Ventures, and a group of angel investors

Hexagon said it will use the capital to strengthen its technology stack and build a scalable data-driven logistics platform. A part of the capital will also be used to expand its presence in overseas markets

Cross-border logistics platform Hexalog has raised $4 Mn in its seed funding round via a mix of equity and debt.

Founded in 2023 by Dibyanshu Tripathi, Utkarsh Tripathi, Vineet Malik, and Shobhit Singh, Hexalog offers an AI-led platform that helps businesses manage cross-border supply chains. The platform claims to focus on digitising and orchestrating supply chains to improve visibility and coordination across the logistics process.

The startup claims that it helps businesses cut unnecessary costs through its AI-optimised workflows, partner selection, better route planning, and reduced delays across freight, customs, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.

Hexalog plans to focus on trade corridors in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, which are key regions for Indian exporters. In the statement, CEO Tripathi said the startup is trying to make cross-border trade simpler for businesses of all sizes and help Indian firms compete in global markets.

This comes at a time when India’s cross-border logistics sector is growing rapidly amid rising exports and digital adoption across the supply chain. The country’s merchandise exports have stayed above the $400 Bn mark in recent years, mostly led by sectors like engineering goods, electronics and pharmaceuticals.

At the same time, India’s freight-forwarding market is expanding as exporters push for more transparency, faster turnaround times and lower logistics costs.

This shift has opened the door for digital platforms which bundle freight, customs, warehousing and finance into a single interface, helping MSMEs and mid-market exporters manage shipments with better visibility and fewer intermediaries.
