Samsung Display, an arm of Samsung Electronics, showcased next-generation, AI-first devices and OLED concepts ahead of the CES tech show in Las Vegas. The parade of concept pieces and prototypes that Samsung rolls out to show off cutting-edge technology including AI pendants and AI OLED mirrors are usually one-off experiments, engineering passion projects, or ideas designed to test the waters and gauge market interest.
These products may never make it to store shelves, but they are fun excursions into what’s possible, and some of the ideas could eventually trickle down into real-world products.

The company also showcased its next-generation foldable panels at the Las Vegas tech show. Attendees were given a preview of panels with significantly reduced image quality degradation caused by light reflection or shadowing along the crease, as well as a foldable display concept with no visible crease at all.
