Sarvam Maya budget and box office collection: And just like that, actor Nivin Pauly has successfully crossed the rocky path he had been traversing for a long time and added a new blockbuster to his repertoire after years. Following back-to-back critical and commercial disappointments, the actor has staged a majestic comeback with director Akhil Sathyan’s Sarvam Maya, underscoring that his fan base remains intact.

Also starring Riya Shibu, Aju Varghese, Janardhanan, and Preity Mukhundhan in key roles, the horror comedy has officially crossed a significant milestone now. On Sunday, January 4, Sarvam Maya joined the Rs 100 crore club, becoming only the 13th Malayalam movie and the first-ever Nivin Pauly-headlined film to enter the coveted list. Mounted on a budget of Rs 30 crore, according to NDTV, the horror comedy achieved this feat in just 10 days, thus reportedly becoming the fifth fastest Malayalam movie to hit the Rs 100 crore milestone.

Sarvam Maya’s worldwide collection now stands at Rs 109.65 crore, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. On its 11th day in theatres on Sunday, the movie recorded an India nett collection of Rs 5.75 crore, crossing the Rs 50 crore mark domestically as well. The movie’s total India nett stands at Rs 51.1 crore as of 4 pm on Monday, December 5. The horror comedy has also been performing well overseas, where its collection currently stands at Rs 50 crore. Sarvam Maya ranks as the fourth-highest-grossing Malayalam film of 2025, above Mammootty and Vinayakan’s Kalamkaval (Rs 81.9 crore).

The Akhil Sathyan directorial is Nivin’s first proper box-office success since Love Action Drama (2019). Although he was a part of the 2024 superhit Varshangalkku Shesham (Rs 81.69 crore), the actor only had an extended cameo appearance in the movie. Following Sarvam Maya’s massive success, Nivin extended his gratitude to the movie audience, promising that he will, from now on, do his best not to let them down again. “This is a film made for family audiences. I did not expect this kind of reception. My wish was simply to give the audience a good film,” Mathrubhumi quoted him as saying during a theatre visit in Kochi.

“Whenever problems come, we call upon God. Then we get an answer. In my career, during many difficulties and challenges, the audience stood by me like God. I am deeply grateful for that. Now my wish is to make films for you alone. May good films and good characters come your way. I only hope that you continue to enjoy them. I am very happy to have come here and seen you. I believe your love and support will continue,” he added.
