The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the examination dates for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) and the Company Secretaries (CS) Executive and Professional Programme examinations for the June 2026 session. According to the official notification, the CSEET June 2026 examinations will begin on June 1 and conclude on June 4, 2026. All papers will be conducted in the afternoon session from 2.30 pm to 5.45 pm, except for the final paper, which will end at 4.45 pm. Candidates will be given an additional 15 minutes for reading the question paper, from 2.30 pm to 2.45 pm, before the start of the exam.
CSEET Business Communication will be held on June 1, while Fundamentals of Accounting will be conducted on June 2. The Economic and Business Environment, and Business Laws and Management will be held on June 3 and June 4, respectively. The last paper will be conducted in an OMR-based format. ICSI has also stated that June 5, 6, and 7, 2026, have been kept as reserve dates to address any exigencies.
In addition to CSEET, ICSI has released the timetable for the CS Executive and Professional Programme examinations (Syllabus 2022), which will be held from June 1 to June 7, 2026. These examinations will be conducted in the morning session from 9 am to 12.15 pm, with a 15-minute reading time provided from 9 am to 9.15 am.
The Executive Programme examinations will cover subjects including Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws, Company Law and Practice, Capital Market and Securities Laws, Tax Laws and Practice, and Corporate Accounting and Financial Management, spread across Group 1 and Group 2. The Professional Programme will include papers like Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Insolvency, Drafting, Pleadings and Appearances, and Compliance Management, Audit and Due Diligence.
Several papers under the Professional Programme will be conducted as Open Book Examinations, with candidates required to choose electives from the prescribed list. ICSI has also reserved June 8, 9, and 10, 2026, to manage unforeseen situations, if required.
