"The lowest I have felt in a while," she continued. "An accumulation of stuff just making its way to the surface and I’m letting it out."

Jessie added, "We are not superhuman or meant to be happy and positive all the time. It’s healthy and normal to cry, and if someone you love is crying don’t say ‘oh don’t cry’ say ‘come here.’”

“Sending love to anyone feeling this way too right now," she concluded. "No positive end to this. Just I’m with ya. It’s s--t sometimes."

Indeed, Jessie has been transparent with fans since sharing her breast cancer diagnosis in June, often giving updates on her treatments. In fact, she even broke royal protocol during a recent meeting with Kate Middleton, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2024.

"It was as simple as that. I didn't see her as the Princess of Wales," she added, "and I was respectful."
