When Penelope celebrated her birthday in July, Kourtney—who also shares kids Mason Disick, 16, and Reign Disick, 11, with Scott as well as son Rocky Barker, 2, with husband Travis Barker—remarked that her "little lady" was growing up fast.

"Being her mommy is one of the greatest things I have ever done," she wrote on Instagram. "She inspires me to be a better person every day. I won’t ever have the words for how much joy and love she brings to my life."
