‘Ghar pe toh judge Twisha hi hogi’: Twisha Sharma’s playful wedding videos surface as police hunt absconding husband
BHOPAL: “Jiju lawyer honge court mein, ghar pe toh judge Twisha di hi hogi,” a harmless banter between a group of relative declares towards the end of one of Twisha Sharma’s wedding trailer video, as family members dance around the newly-married couple. The line — meant as harmless teasing during the celebrations of Twisha Sharma and Bhopal lawyer Samarth Singh’s marriage — has now taken a dark turn, after Twisha’s death triggered a sensational 'dowry death' case involving her husband and mother-in-law Giribala Singh. Her family has accused her husband Samarth Singh and mother-in-law Giribala Singh of dowry harassment and abetment to suicide.
