"We have had conversations that we had not had during this season since then," Kyle told Andy. "We still haven’t filed, but we’ve had conversations since then about what it’s going to look like and all of that."
The Ultimate Girls Trip star's comments follow her confirmation that she had dated someone after her and Mauricio's 2023 separation.
"Since separating from Mau, I was in a relationship I was in a very vulnerable place in my life and I fell hard for this person," she said on the Dec. 11 episode of RHOBH, adding that she had been willing to share the romance with the world, but the person she was seeing wasn't. "All the speculation and the gossip and the talking is what ultimately ended it."
Kyle—who had previously been rumored to be dating country singer Morgan Wade—added that she "could have weathered the storm, but this is not for everyone."
During the conversation with costar Erika Jayne, the Bravolebrity expressed her frustration with having to constantly field questions about her love life during such a difficult time in her life.
"I am so tired of people asking about my dating life," she explained. "Erika, if you were seeing someone that you cared very much about, that specifically says, ‘Please, I’m not a part of this group. Be respectful.’ Would you betray that person, just because people are curious?"
"I’ve always told everybody just to be honest and I’m always an honest person,” Kyle added. "I’m not a liar but I don’t know what people want from me. I am single now, OK."
The mother of four reiterated that part of why she kept the relationship so private was because that's what the person she was dating wanted.
"I was seeing someone who I cared about very much," Kyle shared. "If it was only me, I would give all the answers they want. But it’s not just about me."
