Helios Flexi Cap Fund, managed by Samir Arora–led Helios Mutual Fund, made a complete exit from its holdings in IndiGo (Interglobe Aviation) and Urban Company in December, while increasing the stake in Physicswallah and 23 other stocks during the same period.

The flexicap fund sold 99,943 shares of IndiGo in December after large-scale operational disruptions led to a volatile month for the airline, with flight delays and cancellations in early December raising concerns over operational stability and near-term earnings visibility.

It has also sold 4 lakh shares of Urban Company worth Rs 5.46 crore market value as of November 28, 2025.

The exposure was increased in 24 stocks, including Physicwallah, Adani Ports and SEZ, MCX, Paytm, Eternal, Swiggy, Delhivery, Vishal Mega Mart, SBI, RIL, and Bharti Airtel, in the mentioned time period.

Around 21.73 lakh shares of Physicwallah were added to the portfolio, taking the total count to 69.07 lakh in December compared to 47.33 lakh in November. The fund added 13.73 lakh shares of NBCC (India), followed by 9.28 lakh shares of Vishal Mega Mart.

The fund added nearly 3.71 lakh shares of RIL in December, taking its total holding to 18.20 lakh shares. It also picked up 2.58 lakh shares of Swiggy and 39,489 shares of Hero MotoCorp during the month.

However, Helios did not reduce its stake in any stock. ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company was the new entrant in the portfolio, and 1.94 lakh shares of this stock were added to the portfolio in the mentioned period.

In December 2025, the flexicap fund had 69 stocks in its portfolio compared to 70 stocks in November. The fund had an AUM of Rs 5,932 crore as of December 31, 2025.

The fund aims to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity & equity related instruments across market capitalisation. Its performance is benchmarked against the NIFTY 500 Total Return Index, and the fund is managed by Alok Bahl and Pratik Singh. Among its top 10 holdings, HDFC Bank carries the highest allocation at about 5.11%.
