The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has announced the exam schedule for the Kerala Engineering Architecture and Medical (KEAM) 2026 entrance examination. As per the official notification, the KEAM 2026 exams will be conducted from April 17 to April 23, spread across April 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23.
The application process for KEAM 2026 is currently underway on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates can submit their applications till January 31, up to 5 pm. The deadline for uploading Class 10 certificate, date of birth and nativity proof is January 31 upto 5 pm and the last date to upload required certificates has been fixed as February 7. CEE Kerala has also revised the KEAM 2026 application fee for all courses.
To accommodate contingencies, April 13, 16, 24 and 25 have been earmarked as buffer days. The computer-based test (CBT) for engineering and pharmacy courses will be held at selected centres across all districts in Kerala, as well as in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru and the UAE.
The KEAM question paper for the engineering entrance exam will comprise 150 multiple choice questions (MCQs) – 45 from physics, 30 from chemistry, 75 from maths. In the KEAM pharmacy entrance exam, the question paper will have 75 questions in total – 45 from physics and 30 from chemistry.
Applicants have been advised to ensure that the mobile number and email ID entered in the KEAM 2026 application form belong to them or to their parents or guardians. Candidates are required to upload the SSLC or equivalent certificate, proof of date of birth, nativity certificate, a recent photograph taken within the last six months, and their signature while applying.
The KEAM entrance examination is conducted by Kerala CEE for admission to engineering, architecture, pharmacy and other professional programmes offered by colleges and universities across the state. Admissions will be granted based on the merit score secured by candidates in the KEAM 2026 entrance exam.
Last year, KEAM engineering exam took place on April 23 and again from April 25 to April 29. KEAM 2025 pharmacy exam was conducted on April 24 and 29.
